Description
The Sourcing to Pay (S2P) Manager will lead and transform procurement and sourcing operations for Bridgestone Americas from Bridgestone Business Services Costa Rica. The role owns the procurement operating model, sourcing strategies, supplier management, contract and spend optimization, compliance, SAP Ariba and ERP adoption, automation, KPIs, and end-to-end source-to-pay processes, while partnering with regional business leaders, suppliers, and shared services teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least eight years of procurement or sourcing experience in shared services, three to five years of team leadership experience, and strong stakeholder, analytics, and supplier-management capabilities.
