Source To Settle (StS) Specialist – Employee Expense Management at Organon

Organon is hiring one regular Source to Settle (STS) Specialist to manage end-to-end STS processes, including employee expense management, accounts payable, and account reconciliation. The role supports regional STS operations, oversees BPO service delivery, maintains SOX and accounting controls, collaborates with auditors and vendors, and drives process improvement and operational efficiencies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant business, finance, accounting, or accounts payable field, 2–3 years of STS experience, SAP S/4 HANA experience, and strong project management and communication skills.
