Description
The Sourcing Analyst supports strategic sourcing and procurement activities for business-critical initiatives across health insurance, BPO, information technology, and other commodity categories. The role performs supplier competition, negotiation, contracting, spend analysis, benchmarking, market research, financial modeling, supplier performance reporting, and transition activities, while contributing to cost savings, demand management, and procurement process improvements. It is an onsite or hybrid contract-to-hire position in Chicago and requires a bachelor’s degree plus two years of relevant experience.
