Description
The Sourcing & Procurement Manager will execute the company’s sourcing and procurement strategy, lead category sourcing and supplier selection, manage supplier performance and contracts, oversee procurement operations, control costs, and support compliance and risk management. The role partners with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams and may support junior procurement team members. A bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of sourcing, procurement, or purchasing experience are required, along with supplier-management, negotiation, international, and cross-functional experience; English fluency at C1 is required.
