The successful candidate will focus on expanding recruitment activities in the French-speaking market, sourcing and engaging candidates with sales backgrounds, particularly in the healthcare sector. This role involves identifying top talent through various channels, building strong client relationships, conducting interviews, and presenting suitable candidates to clients. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in sales, recruitment, or market research, excellent organizational and communication skills, and fluency in French.
