The successful candidate will focus on expanding recruitment activities in the French-speaking market, sourcing and engaging candidates with a sales background, identifying healthcare professionals, utilizing various channels for talent identification, building strong candidate relationships, conducting interviews, and presenting suitable profiles to clients. This role involves talent sourcing, candidate management, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with consultants to ensure successful placements. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in sales, recruitment, or market research, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proactivity, resilience, confident communication skills, initiative, and fluent French language proficiency. The company offers competitive compensation, including a base salary up to £35,000 per year and uncapped commission up to £6,000 per year, along with international opportunities, a prime location in central London, a dynamic team atmosphere, and a friendly, positive working environment.
