MindSearch, a London-based executive search firm specializing in recruiting senior professionals, managers, and executives since 2014, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team. The successful candidate will focus on expanding recruitment activities in the French-speaking market, sourcing and engaging candidates with sales backgrounds, particularly healthcare professionals such as nurses, doctors, and pharmaceutical specialists. This role involves utilizing various channels like job boards and social media, building strong candidate relationships, conducting interviews, and presenting suitable profiles to clients. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in sales, recruitment, or market research, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, proactivity, resilience, strong communication skills, and fluency in French. The position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary of up to £30,000 annually plus uncapped commission of up to £6,000, along with opportunities for international exposure and professional development within a dynamic and supportive team environment located in central London.
