EquipmentShare is hiring a fully remote Sourcing Category Manager for its Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, Missouri. The role oversees sourcing and procurement for construction, building products, and consumables; negotiates pricing and vendor contracts; manages vendor relationships; evaluates products and market trends; analyzes category spend; and develops procurement standards and best practices. Candidates should have at least eight years of construction and building-products category management experience, strong procurement and supply-chain knowledge, negotiation and analytical skills, and a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
