Molex is hiring a Sourcing Engineer in El Salto, Jalisco to support profitable and uninterrupted mass production of automotive electronics. The role manages sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, material availability, negotiations, supplier performance, supply risks, and cost-reduction initiatives while collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and global suppliers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least three years of sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or supply-chain experience in manufacturing, supplier-management experience across relevant component categories, advanced English proficiency, and strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
