Description
The Sourcing Lead III is a senior strategic sourcing role leading complex procurement initiatives, advising client executives, managing supplier strategy and negotiations, driving digital sourcing innovation, and leading cross-functional sourcing teams. The position requires at least eight years of strategic sourcing experience, including leadership, along with category management, supplier strategy, client advisory, and procurement consulting expertise. Advanced procurement certifications or an MBA are preferred, and the role is open to North American locations outside California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Maryland.
