The Sourcing Manager owns the product lifecycle and structural profitability of private-brand food categories across Amazon and Whole Foods Market channels. The role develops product roadmaps, business cases, and requirements; manages supplier relationships and strategic partnerships; owns product P&L and performance analytics; and collaborates with commercialization, R&D, quality, pricing, and category teams. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least one year of account, project, program, or buying experience, and experience with Excel and business analytics. The position is based in Austin, Texas, or Seattle, Washington, with annual base salaries of $53,700–$94,000 USD in Austin and $80,200–$94,000 USD in Seattle.
