Experienced Sourcing Manager role on the Procurement team responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that improve cost structure, product quality, and supply chain reliability. The position emphasizes third-party manufacturing and vendor management, new product development and SKU onboarding, contract negotiations, capacity planning, supply chain risk management, process improvement, and data-driven decision making, with close cross-functional collaboration across Product, Culinary, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and FSQA. The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, fluency in Google Suite, and willingness to travel up to 20%.
