Description
Lambda is hiring an experienced Sourcing Manager to own the commercial and sourcing strategy for its ODM/OEM finished-goods portfolio, including data center racks and networking hardware. The role manages partner selection, RFQ/RFP events, build and supply agreements, pricing, BOM and landed-cost transparency, capacity and ramp commitments, new-product introductions, and supply-risk mitigation. It requires 8+ years of relevant sourcing, procurement, ODM/OEM, or supply-chain experience, strong commercial negotiation and hardware-manufacturing knowledge, and a 4-day-per-week presence in the San Jose or San Francisco office, with Tuesday as the designated work-from-home day.
