Takeda is hiring a full-time Procurement, Senior Manager in Bengaluru to lead strategic sourcing and end-to-end source-to-contract execution for indirect and commercial indirect categories. The role covers sourcing strategy, supplier and market management, stakeholder engagement, negotiation and contracting, risk and contingency planning, value delivery, and governance. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of procurement, sourcing, or shared services experience, strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, SAP Ariba or equivalent eSourcing experience, and fluent English.
