1X is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager to own sourcing strategy and supplier management for facilities, construction, and infrastructure-related categories supporting global site expansion and manufacturing capacity. The role secures suppliers, services, and commercial agreements; drives cost savings and supplier performance; manages contracts and risk; and partners with Facilities, Real Estate, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance. It requires 8+ years of relevant sourcing or supplier-management experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. Compensation is $120,000–$155,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
