Sourcing Manager, Ingredient Innovation at HelloFresh

HelloFresh Canada is hiring a Sourcing Manager, Canadian New Ingredients to own the commercial and operational end-to-end process of bringing new ingredients to market. The role manages supplier outreach, commercial negotiations, supplier onboarding, SKU approvals, post-launch performance, and coordination across FSQA, Procurement, Operations, Planning, and Marketing. Candidates need at least five years of ingredient sourcing, procurement, or food innovation experience, commercial negotiation expertise, food safety and quality assurance familiarity, cross-functional process ownership, and a four-year degree in a relevant field. The position is based in Toronto, offers flexible hybrid work with at least two office days per week, and pays CAD 88,000–98,000 annually.
