HelloFresh Canada is hiring a Sourcing Manager, Canadian New Ingredients to own the commercial and operational journey of new ingredients from supplier identification and negotiation through onboarding, SKU approval, launch, and post-launch review. The role manages supplier relationships, pricing, contracts, volume commitments, exclusivity, and partnership arrangements while coordinating with FSQA, Procurement, Operations, Planning, and Marketing. Candidates need at least five years of relevant ingredient sourcing, procurement, or food innovation experience, commercial negotiation and process-ownership skills, food safety and quality assurance familiarity, and a four-year degree in a related field. The position is based in Toronto, offers flexible hybrid work, and pays CAD 88,000–98,000 annually.
