Ross Stores is hiring a Sourcing Manager, Ladies Apparel in New York for a regular full-time role focused on sourcing and product development across the product life cycle, from initial concept through production and shipment. The position partners closely with merchants, vendors, agents, and overseas offices to manage deliverables, product costing, supplier onboarding, workflow improvements, and on-time shipment execution, while also supporting and educating merchants and Associate Sourcing Managers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 5 years of sourcing/product development experience in a large retail chain, strong negotiation, retail math, Excel, and international communication skills; bilingual language ability and travel are a plus.
