Description
The Sourcing Manager MRO will lead strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract and category management, and post-bid activities for maintenance, repair, and operations services and products, including R&D equipment, consumables, safety supplies, and preventative maintenance. The role manages complex RFx processes, supplier performance, contract compliance, spend analysis, category strategies, and multiple concurrent projects while collaborating with engineering, operations, and supplier quality teams. It requires at least six years of experience, including four years in strategic sourcing and category management, a bachelor’s degree, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency in German and English.
