Description
The Strategic Sourcing Program Manager will develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for purchasing commodities supporting clinical colleagues in a healthcare organization. The role manages sourcing processes, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, contracts, supplier relationships, budgets, and reporting; collaborates with physicians, legal, and other stakeholders; and supports cost reduction, standardization, and evidence-based decision-making. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with a master’s degree preferred, and five years of progressive sourcing experience in large health systems is required. The listed salary range is $38.64 to $61.82, with medical, dental, vision, prescription, HSA/FSA, and other benefits.
