GTC is hiring a Sourcing Recruiter for a contract-to-hire, on-site role reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. The position proactively builds and maintains talent pipelines for defense, aerospace, skilled trades, and technical roles; engages passive and active candidates; screens resumes; conducts initial outreach; maintains ATS activity; tracks pipeline metrics; researches talent in competitor and government communities; and supports employer branding. The role requires at least three years of sourcing or recruiting experience, proficiency with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms, strong communication and organizational skills, and U.S. citizenship.
