Description
The Sourcing Specialist identifies, qualifies, and develops suppliers in China and Asia for mechanical and electrical components, with a focus on localizing European parts and supporting engineering and development projects. The role executes RFQs and supplier comparisons, coordinates sampling and qualification, manages supplier performance and negotiations, and collaborates with engineering and procurement teams in Guangzhou and Feucht, Germany. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field, at least five years of technical sourcing or procurement experience, China sourcing experience, fluent Mandarin and English, and strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.
