Description
IPG is hiring a Sourcing Specialist in Global Sourcing to support category management and sourcing initiatives for paper-based raw materials, including release liners. The role coordinates material trials, supplier qualification and performance, RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, supply-risk assessments, sourcing roadmaps, and demand/supply analysis, while delivering data-driven reporting. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of purchasing or supply-chain experience in a manufacturing environment, supplier qualification experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and up to 20% travel.
