Xometry is hiring a Sourcing Specialist to resolve complex manufacturing projects that fall outside automated sourcing workflows. The role manually coordinates and places orders, reviews technical documentation and manufacturing drawings, investigates stalled supplier projects, collaborates with suppliers, customers, engineers, and internal teams, and maintains case documentation. Candidates need sourcing, procurement, or supply-chain experience, manufacturing-process knowledge, engineering-drawing and GD&T ability, cost-validation skills, and strong communication. The role is hybrid and offers a base salary of $68,000–$75,000 annually plus medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
