Description
The Lounge Manager supports the Executive Chef and General Manager in delivering a high-quality lounge experience, manages day-to-day operations and staff, oversees supervisors and other lounge employees, coordinates food, beverage, supplies, inventory, vendor relationships, facilities, and training, and maintains food safety, cleanliness, and customer-service standards. The role requires a hospitality background, strong customer-service and teamwork skills, flexibility for long shifts, computer literacy, and availability across different day parts.
