Description
Levy is hiring a Sous Chef to support high-quality food and beverage service at University of Michigan Athletics venues, including Michigan Stadium, Crisler Center, Yost Ice Arena, and other athletics venues. The role involves establishing food and presentation standards, supporting the kitchen team, maintaining equipment and supplies, contributing to sales and product development, meeting purchasing and cost goals, and ensuring food safety and sanitation. Applicants need at least two years of experience in a salaried Sous Chef position in a high-volume atmosphere; a culinary degree, computer literacy, financial understanding, hospitality and retail interest, and strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are preferred or required.
