Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Sous Chef to support the operation of a facility’s Culinary Department. The role assists the Executive Chef with cost control, menu planning, catering events, new culinary programs, ordering, and the supervision of hourly associates. The position requires culinary and kitchen management experience, familiarity with food cost controls and sanitation, computer proficiency, and willingness to participate in client satisfaction activities; an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and ServSafe certification are preferred.
