Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Sous Chef to support the daily culinary operations of an 867-bed acute care hospital, including patient dining, retail, and catering. Reporting to the Senior Executive Chef, the role assists with food production, menu planning, recipe development, cost management, food safety, HACCP compliance, and training of approximately 50 foodservice associates. The position offers a salary of $65,000–$70,000 per year based on experience, along with paid time off, benefits, a 401K, and training.
