The Sous Chef will act as the second-in-command to the Chef de Cuisine, overseeing dish preparation, supervision of kitchen staff, and ensuring culinary standards are met. Responsibilities include assisting with kitchen operations, supporting menu planning, training staff, managing inventory, and driving culinary innovation.
