Le Groupe Maurice is hiring a Sous Chef for a temporary, approximately three-month, full-time position at Le Quartier Sud Residence in Lévis. The role supports the chef in preparing daily meals, prepares recipes and mise en place, maintains sanitation and organization, rotates products, and applies safety standards. The schedule is four days per week from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with one weekend off every two. Candidates need DEP in cooking or equivalent training and at least two years of kitchen experience.
