Description
The Sous Chef – All Day Dining will support the Executive Chef in managing the daily kitchen operations of the All Day Dining restaurant at Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard. The role supervises food preparation, cooking, presentation, buffet and à la carte service, kitchen staff, food safety, inventory, waste, costs, and coordination with the Food & Beverage team, while also contributing to menu development and special events. The position requires substantial culinary experience, strong leadership and food-safety knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure.
