Lighthouse Mission Ministries is hiring a part-time Sous Chef to support the Food Service Manager in a high-volume, donation-driven kitchen serving guests, volunteers, and residents. The role oversees bulk meal production, food safety, inventory, sanitation, equipment, donated-food stewardship, volunteer and resident training, and coordination with external food providers. It also involves kitchen ministry, prayer, spiritual encouragement, and grace-based accountability. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with compensation of $20–$24 per hour DOE and benefits including paid sick leave, a 403(b) contribution, employee assistance, bonus pay, training, and professional development.
