Meriwether Godsey is hiring a full-time Sous Chef in Middleburg, Virginia to work with the Executive Chef and manage daily kitchen operations at an experiential college-prep boarding and day school. The role oversees food production, quality, safety, staffing, training, ordering, waste reduction, and presentation, while requiring formal culinary training or at least four years of culinary experience at a Chef or Sous Chef level, high-volume foodservice experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and reliable transportation. The position pays $26-$28 per hour and includes meals, uniforms, training, mentorship, and health, vision, and dental benefits.
