On the Go is hiring a Sous Chef at JFK to support site-level culinary and service teams, cook, train and mentor line cooks, monitor food quality and safety, develop internal talent, improve guest experiences, and collaborate with culinary leadership on menus, cost efficiency, and operational success. The role requires at least three years of Sous Chef experience, strong food-safety and health-code knowledge, expertise in food costing, menu planning, inventory management, and procurement, and flexibility to work varied airport hours.
