Playground is hiring a Sous Chef to support its culinary team at its gaming destination near Kahnawake, Quebec. The role oversees menu preparation and recipes, develops and tests new menu items, trains kitchen staff, maintains food quality and sanitation, manages inventory and costs, supports budgeting, and resolves food-related customer complaints. The position requires strong cooking, supervisory, communication, sanitation, and financial skills, along with a valid Canadian work visa and flexibility to work varied shifts.
