Description
SpaceX is hiring a Sous Chef to manage cost controls, pricing, menus, ingredients, inventory, food quality, kitchen and café safety, staff meetings, and in-house catering for employees and company events. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalency, at least three years of sous chef or culinary management experience, and willingness to relocate to Starbase, Texas, with up to 85% travel to remote Moon Corps sites and 24/7 on-call support. A culinary arts degree, high-volume production and catering experience, menu innovation, pressure performance, communication skills, and a creative culinary approach are preferred. The position is subject to U.S. government ITAR requirements.
