The role supports the head chef, co-owns kitchen operations, prepares and presents dishes, leads and supports the kitchen team, monitors quality and hygiene, manages inventory, and co-develops new dishes and menus. Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, ideally as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, along with reliability, flexibility, resilience, independence, teamwork, and an interest in modern Middle Eastern cuisine.
