Compass Group is hiring immediately for a full- and part-time Sous Chef at Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. The role prepares food according to recipes and production standards, coordinates cooks and food-service associates, supervises hourly staff, maintains food safety and sanitation, monitors inventory, and supports customer service. AM/PM shifts are available, and the position offers a $500 sign-on bonus, free shift meals and uniforms, and a pay range of $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
