Compass Group is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for the Southern University Laboratory School cafeteria in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The role supports the Executive Chef by preparing food, coordinating cooks and other food-service associates, supervising hourly staff, maintaining food safety and sanitation, managing inventory, and handling customer service. The schedule is full time, with days varying and hours from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and prior sous chef and food service experience is required. Pay is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with an internal employee referral bonus available.
