Description
Eurest is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for its KKR foodservice location in Medford, Massachusetts. The role prepares food according to recipes and production standards, coordinates cooks and other food-service associates, assumes kitchen leadership when the Executive Chef is absent, and supervises hourly associates through interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and performance reviews. The position also handles food safety, sanitation, inventory, deliveries, production tracking, customer service, and other assigned duties. Catering experience is required, and the pay range is $28.00 to $33.00 per hour.
