Compass Group is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Westminster School in Simsbury, Connecticut. The role supports the Executive Chef by preparing and cooking food, coordinating cooks and food-service associates, and assuming kitchen leadership when the Executive Chef is absent. Responsibilities include food preparation, production scheduling, staff supervision, food safety and sanitation, inventory monitoring, customer service, and maintaining kitchen standards.
