Unidine is hiring a full-time Sous Chef in Minnetonka, Minnesota, to assist the Executive Chef, prepare food, coordinate cooks and food-service associates, and assume kitchen leadership when the Executive Chef is absent. The role includes supervising hourly associates, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, managing inventory, and resolving customer complaints.
