Compass Group is hiring a full-time Sous Chef at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role supports the Executive Chef by preparing and cooking food, coordinating cooks and food-service associates, maintaining production standards and food safety, supervising hourly staff, monitoring inventory, and handling customer service. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday with hours that may vary, and the fixed pay rate is $22.00 per hour.
