Compass Group is hiring a full-time Sous Chef at the University of Idaho to prepare and cook food, coordinate cooks and food-service associates, and assume kitchen leadership when the Executive Chef is absent. The role includes supervising hourly associates, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, managing inventory and production, and resolving customer complaints. Prior cooking experience is preferred, but training is available, and the position offers $23.00 to $27.00 per hour with ongoing applications until the opening is filled.
