Eurest is hiring a full-time Sous Chef at 11625 North Community House Road, Charlotte, North Carolina. The role supports the Executive Chef by preparing and cooking food, coordinating cooks and food-service associates, supervising hourly staff, maintaining food safety and sanitation, managing inventory and production, and handling customer complaints.
