Compass Group is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Flik Independent School Dining at the University School of Milwaukee. The role prepares food according to recipes and production standards, coordinates cooks and other food-service associates, supervises hourly staff, maintains food safety and sanitation, monitors inventory, and assumes kitchen responsibility when the Executive Chef is absent. The position requires three years of cooking experience, follows a mostly day-shift schedule from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and pays $25.00 to $28.50 per hour.
