Compass Group is hiring a full-time Sous Chef at Ashley Hall School in Charleston, South Carolina. The role prepares food according to recipes and production standards, coordinates cooks and other food-service associates, and assumes kitchen leadership when the Executive Chef is absent. Responsibilities include supervising hourly associates, maintaining food safety and sanitation, controlling inventory and waste, serving customers, and supporting production and service operations. Previous prep cooking experience is required, and the schedule is Monday through Friday with some weekends; hours may vary. The pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
