Creative Dining Services is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for its Auto Owners Insurance dining team in Lansing, Michigan. The role assists the Executive Chef in preparing meals for corporate diners and guests, plans and directs food preparation, supervises staff, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and keeps production records. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with no nights or weekends, and pays $18.00–$22.00 per hour. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of professional culinary experience, ServSafe certification, and First Aid training; a Culinary Arts degree and supervisory experience are preferred.
