The role leads affordable housing projects from acquisition through construction and occupancy, including feasibility analysis, financing, community acceptance, entitlements, construction oversight, budget and cost management, consultant coordination, and project transition. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in architecture, real estate development, finance, planning, or construction management, plus at least three years of related work or field experience in affordable housing development. The salary range is $90,000 to $148,000 per year, with a hiring range of $90,000 to $119,000 per year for new employees.
