R+R Wellness is hiring a part-time Spa Concierge, also described as a Guest Experience Expert, to serve as the first and last point of contact for spa guests. The role covers check-in and check-out, guest service, reservations, payments, facility cleanliness, inventory, safety, and coordination with staff and the facility manager. The position requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand and perform physical tasks.
